Effortlessly get employees started
BrightPay offers a web-based Employee Self Service Portal (EESSP) that allows employees to access their payroll information anytime, from any device—including PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.
Through the portal, employees can view and download current and historical payslips, as well as other payroll-related documents.
The portal also provides access to an interactive payroll calendar, showing annual leave, sick leave, and statutory or parenting leave.
Employees can use the system to request leave, view their existing leave records, and check upcoming scheduled leave.
In addition, employees can view their personal details—such as phone number and postal address—and request changes or updates directly through the portal.
